Amazing customer service
I had the best experience with Allen the sales rep. If you are looking to buy a new car pay South Coast Mitsubishi a visit and you will be amazed. The process is way easier that all the other places. I was only there for a couple of hours. Allen the sales person made us feel like family since the minute that we met him. Allen is the man.

Don?t buy PHEV!
I want to start with saying the service advisor was great! And my service experience was great! My problem is with the vehicle and your company?s inability to honor your word and stand by your product. I currently own a 2019 outlander phev , the second outlander I?ve purchsed since 2010. I had a GT that I loved, which is the reason why I bought the pHEV. But your battery degradation is beyond ridiculous. And although the service manager tried explaining to me that losing 20-30% in 3 years of ownership is ?normal? It is beyond unacceptable. I will never buy another Mitsubishi automobile. In fact you guys should be ashamed of yourself.
