I had a great experience working with Carlos at Scottsdale Mitsubishi. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, it had nothing to do with his effort or professionalism — it just wasn’t the right fit for me at this time. Carlos was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just trying to make a sale. He answered all my questions, took photos and video, was transparent throughout the process, and made everything feel low-pressure and comfortable. That’s rare and very appreciated. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, I’d absolutely recommend asking for Carlos. He treats people the right way and really goes the extra mile to help.

Went in just looking at inventory.
Went in just looking at inventory. Kyleel was very helpful. I highly recommend him, he was honest, and not pushy. I don’t feel rushed or pressured in to making any decisions. The whole process felt easy.
