Friendly and knowledgeable team from sales-service
The dealer I call for everything MINI. I’ve bought two MINIs here and had service done on three. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales team and great service department. Not the closest MINI dealer to me but I gladly drive a bit further for the level of service with a smile.

Where's the loyalty to your customers?
Very disappointed. I found the customer service to be poor when I brought my 1-year old car in for servicing. They did not explain why the service on my brand new vehicle was not covered by warranty and when I opted out, the service person pretty much hung up on me! Would not recommend.
