I loved your service department, but now wish I hadn’t gotten a second mini. Trying to contact your service dept is awful. You have to leave a message and then wait hours for them to call you back. Very sad compared to how great you used to be. I have recommended your dealership to lots of people, but now tell them it’s gone way downhill.

From my first visit, to the multiple return visits, to the purchase James Philips was awesome. There was never any pressure, and he was very patient. When it was time to purchase, the process could not be easier or more fair. I feel like I got a great deal. Because of the customer service, I would recommend MINI of Pensacola.
