Sales and parts department are great their service department sucks they won't work on any Mercedes older than 10 years because they don't know how go to a real Mercedes dealership for whatever service needs that you need performed

I would avoid these folks at all cost. I have been searching for an MB with some specific specs. I emailed one of the sales people for info... Crickets. I then emailed the sales manager and he apologized and would have a salesperson follow up and they did. John the salesperson followed and was evasive in his answer and negligent in following up. How you sell is representative of how you do business. They had a car that was not listed as certified. They claimed it was. (they have now changed the listing to show that) I asked for the inspection report that every "certified MB" is supposed to have....A week later and they never sent it. The only reasonable answer is either they lied about having done the required inspection and service or they are seriously incompetent. They own at least one of those traits. Avoid at all costs. I think I dodged a bullet based on other reviews

We are extremely satisfied with our recent purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Larry Sulfridge. We have never been disappointed in his extreme quality of customer service and satisfaction. Salesmen like Larry are few and far between! Look him up for your vehicle needs. He is at the Lakeview Drive used car lot.
