This review is mainly for my salesman Mr. Rick Smith. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had a great time on our test drive. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Smith. The sales manager Ian was also great to work with. We were able to get a deal done that was fair for the both of us.

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & HAVE ZERO CLUE ABOUT THEIR OWN BRAND. For nine days, I called the dealership about two vehicles that we wanted to purchase before the end of the year. Finally got someone on the phone today who I had to educate about Mercedes leases. After a five minute phone call where the sales person knew absolutely nothing about the S class or lease options, He said he would have someone call me back that was in the finance office in a few mins. About an hour later, a Very rude and even more uninformed person called. Spend your time and money elsewhere. Staff is AWFUL!!!
