This is the message I have send your Manager Mr Richard I bought a 2025 GLC from you last year. Today my wife got a flat and the wheel lock was not in the car. You told Spencer my sales Gentlemen you would sale me one at cost. I am overwhelmed by your feeble way to approach a simple issue You are willing to loose a customer over a few dollars and imply I am either stupid or a layer. Question what is the individual cost to obtain a new customer?

Stay away from this place!!!!!! Dishonest, rip-off, and cause issues to make money, Incompetent mechanics, poor customer service, and rude people. Worst dealership I have ever worked with.

Sales was not engaging at all and had a "couldn't care
Sales was not engaging at all and had a "couldn't care less attitude". Such a turn off! If Sales was supposed to wine and dine you until they take your money, I can only imagine how HORRIBLE their Service Department will be once the car needs service/repair! We took our business somewhere else.
