Mercedes-Benz of Lubbock

I have had the absolute WORST experience with this dealerships service department. They had my vehicle all in all for about 2 months and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Tanner and Drew (service advisors) kept trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it when there CLEARLY was. They tried to convince me that the "hard shift" I was feeling was due to the car remembering the previous owners driving habits when in reality it was a boost leak. Finally I took it in one day when the issue was really bad and drove with Tanner and he and a tech diagnosed the issue. He told me that he would let me know when they had another loaner car available and that was a month ago and I still haven't heard anything. I called today to get an update on when they would have a loaner available and now they tell me that they are not going to be offering any loaners for 2 months. So if I wouldn't have called I would still be waiting another two months? they had my car at one point for a month and a half and you expect me to be without a car again for that long because YOU can't figure out whats wrong with my car? This service department and their advisors are an absolute joke.
