Service Advisor Anthony was prompt, very customer-friendly, and cordial. He kept me updated of the status throughout the service process. The whole experience was wonderful. The waiting area is bright, open and spacious that made it conducive to work while waiting. Again thanks to MB of South Austin and to Anthony for a wonderful experience.

Overall, I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of South Austin. The customer service was excellent from start to finish as everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The waiting area was especially nice, with a comfortable setup and complimentary drinks, coffee, and snacks. I was also provided with a loaner car, which was definitely an added bonus and made getting my car repaired much more convenient. It?s clear they care about their customers.

It took 6 phone calls and 3 hours to replace a key, then
It took 6 phone calls and 3 hours to replace a key, then when I got home the key wasn?t fully functional. They tried hard but the results were awful. By the way the cost of the key was $1100.
