Fantastic job.
Fantastic job. I flew from Albuquerque to get a used Jeep Wrangler and the vehicle was everything they advertised. And my salesman Andrew did a phenomenal job. An overall great experience.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Lost All Trust After Poor Communication and Mismanagement I’m writing this review to share the incredibly frustrating experience I had with this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I was prepared to drive over three hours and spend $73,000 on a vehicle, only to walk away completely disappointed due to how poorly my request was handled. Before committing to the trip, I requested that they fix a cosmetic issue on the vehicle—a reasonable ask made respectfully and without any demands or unwillingness to understand a “no.” However, the way they went about handling it was extremely disappointing. Who would pay that kind of money for a car that is deeply scratched? To make matters worse, one of the sales managers, TJ, texted me saying: “We price our cars to market based on the condition of the cars… The only agreement made was to accept outside financing… at no point did we agree to any additional cosmetic repairs on the vehicle.” This response confirmed the lack of communication between their team and a disregard for customer satisfaction. If I’m prepared to spend over $70,000 in cash, the least I expect is professionalism, clarity, and integrity. Rather than taking accountability for the misunderstanding, I received a condescending response implying that I “assumed” too much — even though my request had been clearly discussed. This level of service is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. In short: I was ready to finalize this purchase, but the dealership’s poor communication, lack of transparency, and dismissive tone cost them a sale. I’m thankful I saw their true colors before wasting a trip. I’ll be taking my business to a dealership that values honesty and treats customers with the respect they deserve. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
