We really love the sales person.
We really love the sales person. The main issue as a car was damaged quite a bit and I was unimpressed by the 120 point inspection as I pulled out the cabin filter looks like it was the original when I pulled it out.

Had good experiences with Service on previous Mercedes I owned. Later purchased a C8 Corvette and sadly did not see all the upholstery issues until after the purchase. Reached out to them, nothing could be done. Should have done more recon work on my end prior to the purchase, but disappointed in their lack of assistance less than 24 hours later.

DO NOT take your car here for servicing. They tricked my wife into paying $800 for the first servicing appointment on a brand new car, when all we needed was an oil change. The second "service" appointment they tried to tell me it would be $1,500 and I said no I only want what is required for the lease, and they did a $200 oil change. The car was less than 2 years old and had under 10,000 miles and the guy called me to try to charge me $1500 for new tires, because they were "worn down". These guys are complete scam artists.
