My 2020 GLC300 is part of a recall campaign. I was asked to call the service department to get my car fixed. When calling I got treated like crab. Barely experienced such a total lack of customer orientation before. I was shocked. The service rep. Got loud on me, didn’t give me any information regarding the recall and shouted at me that they don’t have a fix for the recall. This is the wirste Service I experienced in any dealership. Totally unprofessional and not worth the name Mercedes!!!! The person should find a job, that has no contact with customers.

Called for an appointment because the check engine light had come on my new Mercedes Wagon. Thinking this could be serious, I hoped it could be checked promptly. I was told the first available time would be sometime in Match or about 5-6 weeks. Hard to believe this is what Mercedes service is supposed to be.

Was going to come and look at a 2017 used Mustang, Talked with Robin, he told us if we sent in a Credit app he would hold the car and the credit app wouldn't be run til we got there, well 5hrs later car was sold and my credit app was run. Called him next day to explain this his only response was I apologize. Very Poor business practices. Would not recommend this dealership
