This is our second vehicle purchased from Mercedes Benz of West Chester and both times were seamless and transparent. Mike D. went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and taken care of! He even gave our daughter a teddy bear which made her day! If you’re looking for a dealership look no further!. Thank you Mike and Jacqueline for another great experience ❤️

An absolutely terrible, unprofessional experience with

An absolutely terrible, unprofessional experience with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Mercedes Benz West Chester is the poster child for the slimy auto dealership buyer experience that many people experience, and continue to deal with in this day and age. Saw a vehicle I liked, called and spoke to the Sales Manager Frank, and within an hour, I am on a 2 hour drive to the dealership. Get there, look at the car, agree on terms, and leave a deposit to confirm my intent in moving forward with the deal, with both parties agreeing that I would be back 2 days later to pickup the car, since they needed to do the state inspection. Next day, I get a call from the sales manager asking if I can come that very same day to pickup the car, and gives some flimsy excuse that they will be too busy the next day, and I might end up waiting much longer to close my sale.. At this point, I am already booked on a train for the next day, but he promised I would be reimbursed the cost of my ticket if I could change plans and make it there that same day. Had to call off work for the rest of the day, but changed my plans, hopped on the train, and am there a couple of hours later. First of all, and i end up waiting 2 hours before they finally get to me, which was the whole point of changing my plans, the Sales Manager tells me regarding my ticket refund that the cost of the car was reduced to cover it, so I would see the difference between the original figures against the new figures. This turns out to be completely misleading and untrue later when I found out that what they did was to just manipulate and increase the fees and taxes on my paperwork to make up for reimbursing me for my ticket. All this manipulating and lying just for $50? That was just so un-professional, and I had to call him out on it, before they finally issued my refund.   As of writing this review 3 weeks later, I contacted my state DMV, and my vehicle paperwork has still not been submitted for me to get my registration, tags, and title, even though the sales manager told me it had been processed when I asked for an update earlier in the week. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Obviously, No one at this dealership cares about you once your check is cleared. Whatever the outcome, I will post this review on every single website were this dealerships name listed or advertised, so others can know my experience, and if I have to report them to the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office, I will.
