New Manager. Poor Management

I have had the worst experience here especially after their new General Manager Noel Preston took over a month ago. After I wrote this review unfortunately things got worse with my car still there. Their great Service Manager Engell quit a week ago, and the Service Director quit the next day. My car sat there for 6 weeks under warranty, with no repairs completed. The car was brought into service for alerts popping up: Red Engine Light on, SRS Malfunction alert, Brake Assist Inoperable alert, ABS Light alert. These alerts simultaneously, one after the other and the back up camera not working etc. and turn signal not working at various times, out of the blue. I own a 2015 C300 with approximately 57,000 miles as of today. I have video tape of all this happening while on the highway. Noel says their are no fault codes and the technician does not know what to do, so they say their asking a Regional Engineer to help, however, they have done nothing but pull wires out everywhere, leaving it sitting outside. I saw all the wires pulled out and on the floor one day as it was parked outside. So, after taking it to their service dept. for the same problem 5 times while under warranty, I told service that this has taken to long and I am taking my car to Mercedes of Beaverton Service dept. So, then Abby in Sprinter service walks up to me the morning I wanted to take my car, informing me my key is lost, saying no one can move my car from upstairs to the mechanics stall to reattach the pulled out wiring that's laying on the passenger side floor. In the afternoon about 5:00pm I came back to ask this same girl Abby about my key; she says in a loud and abrupt tone. "Ms. Munro I haven't even had my lunch yet and we are busy, NO, I have not found your key, I haven't had my lunch, we're busy". Abby was rude, and I felt very disrespected as a customer. The next day over the phone after holding for Service for 20 minutes, then again for 10 minutes then again being put on hold for another 10 minutes, I was transferred to Abby; I told her my new key never got ordered as promised, and I informed her I had mentioned to Noel that she had yelled at me. Then I heard through the sales team, she turned around and told Noel I called her a bad name over the phone. This was a lie; that's not my style. I never name call or swear, especially in a business setting. Lastly, after a week, Noel called leaving a voice mail saying they found my key laying around, and that the technician had reconnected the wiring. He stated to pick up my car by 6:00pm and that I had to talk to him regarding an employee. When I arrived, the general manager, Noel scolded me in front of the whole service dept. team, Abby, and a customer stating that because of the way I talked to Abby the dealership would never service or sell me a car. And he stated again, in front of everyone that I could never come back. He escorted me to my car. I told him, thank you, and drove away. However, on the highway when I went to listen to my Sirius radio it was gone, in fact my Navigation was wiped clean and my internet wiped off as if it were never installed. I had no sound either. Then the alerts on the dash all popped up that I had brought the car in for last time. I turned around drove back to dealership, reported in tears to the sales dept. that my Navigation was stripped, Sirius Satellite and Internet wiped clean and that it was working upon dropping off my car . They said, "oh we will fix it. Come back tomorrow!" I did, and the General Manager refused to do anything and I was asked to leave. I purchased my car with a complete Navigation, Satellite and Internet had it upgraded and a new box installed and my navigation updated 2 years ago. Again, It worked fine when I dropped my car off for repair there in early June. Someone may have removed the box that houses the navigation and internet when my key was lost? I am disgusted by the leadership, and management!

Two Poor Experiences With Service Dept.

I've had two poor experiences with the Service Dept. First, replaced airbag in recall - got the car back, the steering wheel was severely off center. They told me that it was installed off center and they didn't want to take it off and correct it - instead they over aligned it to bring the wheel back to center - it has never been the same Second, replaced oil cooler because of leak which required tearing the engine down. $5,000 repair! They had the car 1 month - came back with no leak but now it runs rough and vibrates like crazy. I think they didn't put it back together correctly. I am very disappointed in service here! I have purchased 2 cars from them - I won't be purchasing any more from this dealer or going back for service. What a shame! I had planned to buy another vehicle from them. This used to be a great place to do business.

Poor Service

Took 30 days to get a service appointment. I drove 2 hours to arrive at 8:00 AM for 9:00AM appointment. Service was supposed to take 3 hours. Never contacted me to discuss schedule. I finally went to check on car and was told tech left for emergency and they had to reschedule for another tech and offered for me to come a different day. A 2 hour drive, no thanks and they did not even reschedule until I prompted them to give me an answer. It basically wasted my next appointment and will require me to miss an evening appointment as well.
