Just so desperate to sell the car that they are willing
Just so desperate to sell the car that they are willing to lie about everything just to get you there. Switch and bait. Norm is a used car salesman bag of bad tricks. Be aware! Take your money some place where you will be treated right and not lied to. They misrepresented and falsely advertised the vehicle as "Manufacturer Certified", the car had dents. :) Insane! Stay away from this place!
