My second time leasing a car here, excellent customer service! I am leasing a Mercedes, and as we all well know, there is a lot to learn! Mo, my salesman was excellent, he knows the car inside and out. He also got right on it and called my insurance agent, good guy, thorough, and knowledgeable! Shelly in financial is also on it! She was prepared with the paperwork. Cadence is also fabulous, set up my app on the phone and was just a pleasure to be around! Micheal, the manager, is doing a great job running this dealership!

This was my first time at Mercedes-Benz Willoughby. The sales specialist Gene Hauck was very knowledgable, courteous, and professional. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes GLC 300. Gene made the process very easy and hassle free. What a great experience. Excellent customer service. The entire Leikin group was amazing. Thank you!
