Called and spoke to salesperson "Kevin" about a 2018 MB
Called and spoke to salesperson "Kevin" about a 2018 MB AMG GT C they have for sale on Wednesday. He said he was at the Cincinnati dealewrship but the car in question was at their other location. Kevin assured me he would have the car brought oveer to the Cinciunnati location first thing the next morning (Thursday). Said he would call me that morning. I never received a call as promised so I called about 5:30pm Thursday. Another salesperson said he would get Kevin the message as Kevin had been busy that day. Kevin has never had the professionalism to even return the call. Today is Sunday and have never heard back from Kevin or MB of Cincy. If their response is this poor for a sale, could you imagine what their service department must be like after the sale? I would steer clear of these 2 Ohio dealerships!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car.
What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car

Boy!
Boy! I was in communication with the dealership for nearly a week. The Cars.com listing said nothing about as-is and nobody at the dealership told me the car needed two rear struts and was being sold “AS-IS.”Also Mercedes-Benz Cincy had no intentions of fixing it, I was just told to come on down and check it out. So I drive 1.5 hours with financing in hand and am told upon arrival the car cannot be test driven because it needs new rear shocks and is being sold as-is. So Josh pulls it up and is has an AS-IS sign on the windshield, funny it was not there on Cars.com. The whole experience for my wife and I was deceptive, we felt disrespected and disregarded as customers. So that dealership gets zero stars from me. Did not seem to bother the sales manager a bit to waste my time and gas. Maybe he dislikes Veterans.
