This dealership handled my out of state purchase with professionalism, promptness and kindness. The salesman Ben made sure I understood the process and had an open line of communication for this out of state transaction. The dealership handled the transport also. The process was seamless and quick.

Benjamin Aby is a great sales person. He is honest, thoughtful, and doesn't pressure at all. He goes out of this way to accommodate the client, along with answering any of my questions about my new Mercedes after it leaves the showroom!

Dealership service is non-existent. You make an appointment 4 weeks ahead of the scheduled service date., take the car in, vehicle sits all day Saturday and Monday without being touched or moved. Call 11:30 AM Monday, leave message requesting a call back, at 4:00 PM no call back! Positively low class ignorant people. I wouldn’t take a Yugo to these clowns. It was unbelievable that the nasty cocky service woman was surprised when I requested my automobile to be brought around by 5:30PM for pickup. I didn’t purchase a new Mercedes for it to sit at a dealership until they feel like performing any Service. Since my vehicle appointment was made so early, my automobile should have been the first in the service bay Monday morning. This is the second Mercedes dealership I have been treated like dirt. Don’t waste your time calling Mercedes Benz customer care, they are useless! Just a little nicer when blowing smoke in your face. I should’ve stayed with Cadillac.
