Saw car we liked on line, set up appointment with Gary that afternoon and completed the purchase in just a short time. Gary Childers has been selling us cars for over 25 years and he makes the car buying experience easy. Jonathan Emmanuel also did an excellent job in explaining the new car features and walking us through initial setup of the technology. Pat Oberer in the business office was also very efficient in wrapping up the details of the transaction. Five stars for everyone involved in the transaction.

Very disappointed for the lack of sales hep once
Very disappointed for the lack of sales hep once arriving. No personal connection or help offered when saying what we were looking for in a vehicle. No conversation about trying to see if we could build or find a vehicle we are ready to purchase. Took ourselves to Hendricks Mercedes Benz!
