Purchased used GLE 63 . 3 days later less than 100 miles it started leaking oil. Immediately returned to dealer to assess and fix the problem. Their response … “pay $190 for an analysis and we will give you a quote for repairs”. Total lack of integrity and professionalism. Not what you would expect Mercedes dealer ship.

I had a lease that was near lease end and I wanted to get into a new Mercedes’ lease and went to this dealership and they agreed to do the lease pull ahead program along with take care of my deferred payments because otherwise I would’ve sold the car outright to carmax and started with no trade but it would’ve been more work and they agreed it would be doable. Fast forward 5 months after my lease I get a call from Mercedes Benz Financial Services saying I owe a few grand on the old lease and the dealership didn’t pay. Needless to say after I reach out to the dealership the exact words from the sales manager is “just pay them the money” and of course they can’t find any paperwork saying they needed to pay the remaining balance. I will never buy or lease another Mercedes from this dealership again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.
