I waited until I could drive from Durham, NC to Harriman, NY for this service; I've tried the Durham MB and I did not find it as homey, attentive, or timely - they were good, but just okay. I've had a few visits as Omar as my Service Department rep and he is the best at getting me checked in/out, checking on me just because, and keeping me updated.
