Patrick and Hans were the BEST, always returned by numerous texts, emails and phone calls. Delivered the exact car that I wanted and could not find anywhere in North or South Carolina. Car was in MINT condition and made the buying experience so much easier than going to a big- box dealership. Was worried about what I would get being in North Carolina and the dealership was in New Jersey but was well worth the experience. The packet of documents for the transfer of the title could not gone any smoother. I needs a North Carolina-specific, e-mail it to them this morning and in 15 minutes had it signed, etc.HIGHLY rated from quality of the vehicle, the fair market of my trade-in and customer service, even got calls from Patrick on his day off.

Hans was great as a sales person.
Hans was great as a sales person. Post sales service was not as good. It took over a week to hear from the service people regarding some changes I wanted to make the car I had just bought. When I did speak to someone, the advice was not accurate and priced very high. I ended up using another Mercedes dealership for the requested service.
