Incredibly slow service.
Incredibly slow service. We were held up for an extra hour as our freshly purchased vehicle's detailing and oil change were pushed back in line for a customer making a more expensive purchase. We when then hurried off the lot to make room for another vehicle. I've never purchased a luxury vehicle before but this was not the experience I was expecting.

Mr. Gutt I apologize that your delivery was delayed. I would really like to speak to you about this. I can assure you that "more expensive" do not take priority over another customer. All customers time and money is valuable to us. We have many technicians that can get a delivery ready and several detailers. There must be more to this story. I am willing to get tot he bottom of the reason. Again I apologize and I want to stress we dont pick and choose who we deliver first or last. I hope you have a fabulous weekend.
