Making a car purchase can be dreadful, thanks to Zach and the team at Mercedes Benz it was absolutely the smoothest experience. Zach and the team were friendly, professional and most importantly not pushy at all. I was given all the information to feel confident in my purchase and all the resources to reach out if I ever am in need of assistance. It’s 10/5 stars for me.

Reviewed by ABorst from Columbia, MOJune 09, 2025

Edit: The vehicle I purchased is now having it's THIRD engine in 2 years. Since I got it in August '24, I have probably had it in my possession for a total 2 months.. The rest of the time it has been in the shop for engine work. The first WEEK I owned it, the engine block cracked.. OR supposedly, I was told they "forgot to put the plug back in" so it locked up on me ON THE INTERSTATE due to their negligence. They sold me a car that had a history of engine failure. He pushed a warranty on me to get me in the car and out the door.. Luckily I got the warranty and haven't had to pay for these repairs.. but I would like to drive the vehicle I paid for.. Now, my car has been in the shop since March 29 (today is June 9) and it is still just sitting in the shop at Hyundai with no plan moving forward. Would not recommend shopping here for your vehicle unless you want to drive loaners all the time that are not comparable to the vehicle you purchased - for reference, I bought a Tucson and have been driving a Corolla for 2 and a half months. Scott even admitted that all of his loaners are out right now because the cars they've sold keep breaking down... Scott and Raphiell hooked me up with a great car under budget! They were super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly!
