He helped me locate the car that I wanted from a dealership in another state ... and the car arrived in the Mercedes Benz Rochester car lot in just a short time. Simply one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. Joe Nathanson, the general manager, was efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. They gave me an extremely fair trade value on my car, and priced their car extremely reasonable. I drove in from Chicago and Joe treated me like family. The car was exactly as represented. Joe went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. One of the best buying experiences I have had as a car consumer. Hats off to this dealership!!!
