The service our 2025 MB GLS450 received at this Mercedes
The service our 2025 MB GLS450 received at this Mercedes Benz dealership in Ann Arbor was outstanding. I made an emergency stop there whilst in transit to the East Coast because a warning appeared in the dashboard. Although it was late in the day, Kara immediately took the car and me in. After quite some testing, it became clear that I could not proceed with my journey, the car would need to return for further service. Nevertheless Kara and the master technician, Dino, stayed with me until they were confident that I could drive my car back home, now much past closing time. I returned the car for service when a loaner car was available the following week which Kara arranged. I am happy to report that my car is now back to normal. The level of helpfulness and support at this dealership was exceptional. Kara and Dino are superstars!
