I would not recommend this dealership.
I would not recommend this dealership. With 50% down they still gave me a high interest rate. I was supposed to get a special rate by a promotion they were having but they didn’t give me the deal because I had mentioned I was gonna pre-pay the loan and she said I couldn’t have the special deal Because I was gonna pre-pay the loan. I originally didn’t want the vehicle because it had a dent in it and they said that they would get the dent fixed so I said OK. I trusted them and when I went to pick up the vehicle, the dent was still there. Now, of course they have my 50% down and I had to take the vehicle because I had a trip planned. Now I’m getting the runaround and I’m not getting my dent fixed which should’ve been fixed in the first place. The salesman also didn’t get a new inspection sticker for me. I thought that was part of their service and I might have even had to pay for it. I’m not sure. At any rate now I have to go get the inspection sticker. This was a lousy experience.

Easy 5-star review for Gui and the team at Flagship. I asked for quick and easy and they delivered...literally and figuratively. Paperwork was fast/simple and the car was delivered next day. Highly recommend. Ask for Gui... he was super professional and took his time to explain all aspects of the vehicle.
