We Love the Customer Care at Mercedes of Annapolis
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Casey. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the sales process. He helped us track our car as it was shipped to the Port of Baltimore. That was fun! He has been there every step of the way whenever we needed more information or assistance. We love our new Mercedes!
