Worst service experience I’ve ever had with
Worst service experience I’ve ever had with Mercedes-Benz. I own two Mercedes vehicles because I’ve always loved the brand, but this dealership’s service department was a huge disappointment. I scheduled a recall software update, arrived for my appointment, and they kept my car the entire day—only to tell me at the end that the update wasn’t done because they didn’t know how to perform it. By the time they figured it out, they were closing and told me I’d have to leave my car overnight. No loaner was offered, no accommodations—nothing. I travel for work, so being without my vehicle isn’t an option. The advisor told me I could bring it “anytime” since it was a recall. So I came back today to finally get it done and service the car as well, and it was yet another headache. No cars in the shop, yet I still waited an hour just to get a quote. Still no loaner offered even though they again wanted to keep my car overnight. No discount, no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after they wasted my entire day the first time. Mercedes, what happened? This was a huge letdown, a complete waste of time, and frankly, it feels like you only see customers as dollar signs. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care was unacceptable—especially from a brand like Mercedes-Benz.

My service advisor is Clovis Bienemy !
My service advisor is Clovis Bienemy !! He provides A 1 customer service everytime I have an appointment. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he's very patient explaining things to me about my vehicle and the maintenance that is required. When I leave from my appointment I feel confident about about the service I receive and my C300 reliability on the road. It's aways a pleasant experience and it makes doing business with Mercedes Benz worth every penny !

Me and My Wife saw the car we wanted on there site last
Me and My Wife saw the car we wanted on there site last minute after leaving from another dealership that was complete trash and took no pride in their work or the word. It was a 2022 Lexus Gx 460 and had literally everything we were looking for. Got there late due to traffic and our salesman Andrew picked up the phone and confirmed availability of the vehicle and sent me at least 10 videos unless that 15 minutes, showing me every square inch of the vehicle. Without even asking, just incase I saw something I didn’t like and didn’t want to come up there. Didn’t try to hide anything or cover up anything just had complete honesty. We got there at 6:30 and they closed at 7 and we didn’t leave until 8:30 due to me and my wife wanting to test drive and look over the vehicle and then paper work, Not a single ounce of aggravation from me or my wife nor from the staff having to stay late. Including the finance manager Mr. Britt strain, complete professionalism and felt like we were cared for and needs were met and kept us in our budget. Definitely would buy from them again and our same salesman, name is Andrew Yung. This Man is Top Tier at his craft and cares and takes pride and energy to his work. Best sales and Dealerhship experience I or my wife have ever had, Highly recommended!!
