I recently purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer, never pressured. The highlight of my visit was working with the salesman, Stephen Phillips. He was a true professional ands incredibly patient, taking the time to answer my numerous questions and ensuring I understood every aspect of the different models I was considering and the buying process. There was no rush, even though it was the last day of the month. I genuinely felt like his priority was finding the right car for me, not just making a sale. He walked me through everything in detail, making a potentially stressful process feel smooth and transparent. Thanks to Stephen Phillips, I drove off the lot feeling confident and excited about my purchase.

Stay away, the week a purchased the car I went to the
Stay away, the week a purchased the car I went to the carwash. The fuel cover popped open then got ripped off, The dealership told me it was my fault for going to a carwash and its $700 to fix. With less then 20,000 miles the dash is black and the windows wont go down, also my fault

We're very sorry and also surprised to see this review. We're surprised because our records show that on January 17th 2025 you let one of our Sales Managers, Eric, know about your situation and your displeasure with it. He had an over 10 minute conversation with you and let you know that we were very sorry and that we would take care of paying for and fixing the gas flap for you. You mentioned that due to a procedure you were having that it might be February before you could return to the dealership. He let you know that we understood and that it wouldn't be a problem. He even followed up with a text at 11:45 AM on that day stating, "Hello Kirk, this is Eric Borden from Mercedes-Benz of Louisville. We spoke earlier about your car getting the fuel filler door replaced. Let me know when you can bring it in. Be sure to ask for me (sales) or Service Manager Chris Siegel." We're having a hard time understanding why you chose to post this review after all this time has passed (without you returning to the dealership) and we agreed to take care of you.
