Be concerned with dealership sales practices. I m active duty military, moving from Hawaii to the mainland, My wife was interested in a used GLS, After speaking with Craig at the dealership and him sending me photos and videos of the vehicle over 2 days, I submit a credit app to purchase the vehicle which he sent to me. I had to follow up the next day, not hearing anything from Craig. A couple of things I noticed in the process was the price of the car increased by 2k on the website, and then I received a text from Craig stating the car was sold. Being disappointed, I reached out to the sales manager Cody, which was not tracking, and confirmed my credit app havent been processed. I feel that I was gaslighted in this situation. I could understand this coming from a less rated car lot, but this is considered a 5 Star Mercedes dealership?

Amazing price on our g wagon, and Robbie and everyone was professional and upfront. They know how to make a sale and it’s by being assertive and knowing what the customer wants.
