We bought a car back in the beginning of Oct and the

We bought a car back in the beginning of Oct and the sales team did a good job but it’s been almost 4mos and the car still has not been registered. The dealership told me to go to our local DMV to get another temp registration so I spent 2hrs waiting at the DMV only to find out I can’t get a temp registration because the dealer has not submitted any registration documents. I’ve reached out to Tara the title and reg person at the dealership and she said they’ve been waiting on the title before the submit the documents to the DMV but Minnesota doesn’t require a title to get a vehicle registered per the manager at the DMV. I left Tara 3 voicemails explaining what the dmv needs so we can get this resolved and sent an email but no response. This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying from a dealer out of state
