My car has error codes that need fixed and this dealership keeps running me in circles without fixing the issue for months now. I'm on my 4th loaner car. The dealership replaced the steering wheel module and that wasn't even the issue. They do not know how to fix software issues on newer cars. They keep putting miles on my car when I already "re-created the issue" for them with service techs watching. Months have went by and they do not provide any communication whatsoever so I drove all kinds of loaner vehicles and their manager, Oscar, doesn't seem to care about customers whatsoever. Whole dealership is a bad experience. I DO NOT recommend doing any business with this place, especially service.
