This is how a dealership should be ran! I bought online from Arizona and Abe made me feel 100% confident from the very beginning. He was always available, answered every question and I feel he was 100% honest in representing the car. When I arrived to pick it up and drive it to AZ everything was exactly as discussed. The car was impeccable and the couple detailing issues I noticed were immediately taken care of. Jose was great with setting up my mercedesme account and walking me through all the technical wizard of the car. Absolutely exemplary service by everyone! I could not be happier with the car and with the dealership! Highly recommend them to anyone

Well I purchased 2 vehicle one for my business 2024
Well I purchased 2 vehicle one for my business 2024 Sprinter 3500 cargo Van Dominic Connolly was sells man for Sprinter he was very good what he does if you need cargo van call Dominic. He got me approve with in 2 hours while i drove there all paperwork was ready to sign. Signed in 30 minutes went home in cupel hours they delivered Van. 2nd Vehicle I purchased is 2024 GLE 350 for this one Peter Fiorita help me he very professional and respectful. I did purchase GLE online Peter went with over the phone explains all details. Thank you Peter. There's two more person involved for this purchase one of them financial genius Charlie Trauscht it wouldn't happen without him he got me best rate and very good discount on extended warranty for Sprinter and GLE 350 for GLE I got approved 15.3% but Charlie did some phone calls find me best option. After all paperwork most people go to another genus man and his name is Jose Garcia he shows you all features, Mercedes app to your phone he goes with you detail by details Thank you guy's and Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates you got very nice team. I recommend to everyone who want to buy Mercedes firs visit Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates...
