I worked with Joanna who is an exceptional salesperson. The SL I was interested in was on a recall and frustratingly on a stop sale order for 3 months..Joanna communicated the progress effectively and even provided a loaner to fill in the gap..on the day of the purchase, paperwork and car was ready to go beforehand and I was done under an hour. Finance Manager Roy also deserve praise for customer service and efficiency..5/5 great dealership..
