I feel obligated to share the extremely disappointing and exhausting experience I had at your dealership — especially after being contacted for days with promises that convinced me to drive an entire hour to get there. Yet the moment I arrived, I was met with disrespect, dismissive attitudes, and clear discriminatory behavior — particularly from Raul, Sabrina, and Sonia. These individuals made it very clear that my time, effort, and interest meant nothing to them. I was given false promises about my trade-in value, presented with an unreasonable interest rate, and treated as if I didn’t deserve the same respect as any other customer. The way I was judged the second I walked in was unacceptable and deeply hurtful. No customer should be misled, disrespected, or made to feel unwelcome after investing their time, energy, and hope — especially after driving such a long distance based on your team’s assurances. After this experience, I will never return, and I truly hope upper management understands how seriously this reflects on the dealership. Respect, honesty, and basic human decency should never be optional — yet today, all three were missing.

I have purchased Gls 450 2025 just because of Geoff. I was looking for nice vehicle and it was him who told me that he has found the right one for me. He is professional and knows his job. Will refer my family and friends to him for future vehicle purchases.
