Mia Williams was excellent. Loaner was dirty. Repairs needed was done. However my need a bit of deodorizing sure the pills. Was given back smelly and disgusting. Was very disappointed. Not use to that from a Benz dealership

Excellent experience working with Chenelle. She demonstrated expertise and professional standards throughout the process of my car repairs. Each time we spoke she was positive and reassuring that my problems were being handled with care. On a personal note, we developed a best girls spirit it was just that amazing working with Chanelle
