I came in an early Friday morning and Alaina Thomas was the one who assisted me along the way. The professionalism and the communication is what stood out the most. I ended up leaving my newly purchased CLS 450 behind because of travel arrangements and additional updates needing to be done to the vehicle and Alaina updated me every day of the status of my vehicle WHILE she was away on vacation. This definitely gave me peace of mind. I am very happy that I drove in from Orlando to have purchased my car at this location—she's the best!
