I’ve never hated a car I bought more in my life than this 2023 Mercedes EQE. Traded in my BMW X5 for it and regret it so much. Wanted an electric vehicle so went to this dealership to check out 3 used electric vehicles they had. Drove a Tesla and a Cadillac and then wanted to take out the EQE but it was trapped in a row of other cars so Justin (our sales rep) said we could test drive a new one that was easy to get to and had the same features. We liked the car we test drove better than the Tesla and Cadillac so we did a deal on the used EQE. I had asked Justin 3 times if all the features were the same on the used one we were buying as on the new one we test drove and he insisted they were identical in features. I should have checked every feature myself to make sure because the only feature I even care about anymore on a vehicle was not on the used one, ventilated seats. Living in FL and being a person who hates heat means that ventilated seats is an absolute necessity for me and now I’ve got a vehicle that I can’t stand to even look at because it’s extremely hot and uncomfortable for me to be in if it’s not night time. If you buy from this place, don’t make my mistake. Check and double check features before you buy!
