When I first started working with Joe Cardella, I was convinced something was wrong. Nobody was dodging my questions. Nobody was bouncing me between departments. Nobody was trying to upsell me floor mats for five hundred dollars. Honestly, I thought I was being pranked. At one point I was waiting for cameras to come out, because no dealership experience starts off that perfect. But then I realized this wasn’t a joke at all. This was just Joe doing his job, and doing it at a level I’ve never seen in this industry. Joe delivered a flawless, highly coordinated purchase process on my G 63. His communication was clear, fast, and professional. He managed expectations, owned the details, and treated the entire transaction with the kind of precision you expect from a premium brand. It felt more like working with a private client advisor than a sales manager. In short, this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and Joe is the reason why. He represents Mercedes Benz of Delray at a top-tier standard, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

This warranty repair will require Mercedes Benz to open a service campaign. The dealership was not able to cure the problem with the seat control memory. The service tech tried and completed an update that did not work. They will be reaching out to Mercedes Benz for their assistance and imput.
