Excellent service! Benjamin Shatkun was my sales person. He did a wonderful job from start to finish. Also, Russell Rienzi took great care of me for the financing process. This dealership is transparent. You know you are in great hands the minute you walk in the door. I highly recommend Benjamin Shatkun if you are looking for a car.

My dealer was Glen Castillo. He was very outgoing the first day with another man named Mike. They told me they would give me a call later on that day to break down the possible purchases I may need for my vehicle. The first day, 5/27/2021, I came to the dealership for my 8am scheduled appointment. I didn?t hear back from Glen until 3:40pm. He gave me the breakdown of how much the repairs would cost and then told me to call back when I have reached an agreement with my family. I called back twice and did not receive a response, except for his reply about sending an email of the parts and repairs needed. The next day I called Glen and did not receive an answer. I then texted him and asked him to call me. Again, no reply. I went to the dealership and had to wait an hour just for his services before addressing him about his negligence. He brushed me off to the side by saying he had other appointments. I informed him that it was unfair that he ignored me and he td me that he can?t deal with me because he had other appointments. I then sat in his chair and waited for his assistance. He brought another client out and spoke to him about his vehicle. I wasn?t really listening in until he offered his client a FREE examination of his vehicle to check for other damages that may have occurred. It caught my attention because Glen and Mike said I would have to pay a fee. It took me getting my father on the phone to actually get assistance from Glen. He decided to wave the so called fee for getting my car examined once my father brought it to his attention that there was no written confirmation of the fee payment processing. I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated here. As an owner of one of three Mercedes Benz vehicles in a household, I would expect betterment treatment.

I had my seven-year-old S in for service. Seven years is about my limit for driving one car, so I inquired about a slightly used S to trade into. The salesperson, Lou Houchins, was great. He showed me exactly the car I would have ordered, and we made the deal within 24 hours. I asked that a few other things be included, and it was no problem. Follow-up, details, courtesy and professionalism hallmarked my experience at Mercedes Benz of Delray. Great agency.
