I went to this dealership for a B Service, rear tail
I went to this dealership for a B Service, rear tail light replacement and a blower motor replacement. They kept my vehicle for three weeks, claiming they were trying to get a relay for the blower motor for my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle on my way home my pre safe unavailable message was activated. I informed them and was told to take the vehicle back. When the vehicle was taken back I got another estimate for repairs to be done to my vehicle that was not on the originall estimate. This is after they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. I checked my vehicle only to find out that their service department pulled out wires at the back on my front passenger seat, disabling the seat , my right front passenger window cannot be closed, and nothing works on the passenger seat area. My rotors and calip were replaced with old rusty ones, my gas tank accessory was shaking when I went to put gas in my vehicle and the accessory is inow going down in the tank, The hood of my vehicle was replaced (unauthorised) with a smaller stone damsged one and my MB S 500 wipers which are out of alignment, this leaves a gap for water and snow to go into the engine bay to cause further damage. The base for the wiiper blade is also missing. The Service Manager Joe offered to tow the vehicle in settle the matter, after my vehicle was towed, in both service and assistant service manager looked at my vehicle and did nothing. I was told by Joe he would have to be told to fix my vehicle. The vehicle is rising message is now on when I am drIving and now the vehicle too low Imessage is activated and white thick smoke is coming from my vehiicle. This is because I chose to take my MB S500 to this dealership for a B Service, right rear tail light replacement and a blower motor replacement and a bill of over 4k.
