I do not like change my sevice advise and oil change is too expence than BMW

Jose's part was fine - I was not happy with the washing of the car - the windows were really smeared and could have been better. Also - last I remember in the past B service included new wipers. Maybe not so much now. Also the comments about the mounts have been really inconsistent. I understand they are recommending them but it would help to know the current and expected life span to make a decision.

1, He raised price whenever he wanted (he offered $785 for battery and $250 A service but he raised to $895 and $389 plus 3% credit card fee without ahead notice when I presented a promotional card); 2, he strongly persuaded for service which my car only total 20,000milege and only 2,000 miles driven from last service; I wanted to be kind accepted service but he didn't even check tires' air which they are only 35/36; (the promotion card offered $300 off for any service of $500, so only battery service is already qualified but I added A service because he persuaded.) 3, he gave me bad attitude at first when I got my car and tried to looked around since at beginning I mentioned do not create scratches since the last time of bad experience, but he stopped me look around the car and raised voice. When I saw dirty marks at driver side door and lot of marks dimples guess they might NOT left safety belt buckle in proper, he was in even worse attitude just mopped dirt/not very well and buckle marks/dimples are still there (I have not checked the car well yet like wheeling or other side of body).
