bait and switch

Very unprofessional group of con artists and know how to bait and switch. I drove to their dealership and it was a total waste of time.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Don't! Don't! Don't! Go to this dealer mercedes benz of west covina owned by ENIVISION. They will make sure to xxxx up your car! I purchased my car on 7/10/2020 and had to take the car back to service because bumper is loosened and falling off. on 7/11/2020 and when I picked up my car after one week. Lol guess what, they didn't fix my issue, plus gain 100 miles and lost a bag of face mask! I went to sales told them the problem is not fixed and they told me they will get a new OEM part and replace it for me from manufacturer. And I gave them the chance to fix it. After the part arrived I took the car back to service, they told me will be done in 2 hrs. Which it took 7 hrs and when I went to pick up my car lol the bumper color and my car doesn't even match plus the bumper is not in place! And they were telling me its the same color! Well of course another plus miles on my car. I don't know what they do to your car. And Lmar who is in charge of fixing the car told their GM that they did the job the reason why the bumper has problem is me who messed it up. Lol see all of these xxxxxxxx well now my car is at there service again and they won't tell you how long will it take or any promise. Just "we can fix it for you" Just avoid this dealership specially the service department. They will mess up your real seriously i never thought I can have this kind of service experience in mercedes benz service department that they don't even know how to fix a god xxxx bumper! Still I have to pay my monthly payment while they braking my car!
