I took my car in for repairs, Sonia my advisor is great at communicating and kept me updated on my car, I noticed some finger prints on the inside of my convertible top I let them know and they took care of it right away. I always have a good experience there

Service advisor didn?t answer her phone, didn?t return my calls after leaving voicemails throughout the day, didn?t give me a quote for the work, didn?t notify me it was completed and I had to pick up the car from sales because service was closed by the time we found out the car was ready. Unfortunately, this is common among service at this dealer.

Horrible experience! Not friendly or good customer service! Service technician seems not knowledgeable enough! I have been too several Mercedise Benz dealership in LA and South Bay is worst one in my experience!
