Fred was great.He explained in detail the service needed and the best options available for the repair.Kept me updated on the progress.when the repairs were completed he dispatched a driver to pick me up at home promptly.At the end I was very pleased with the overall service provided.I highly recommend Fred to manage all my service needs.I rate him ten out of ten.Thanks for your help.
