Pete and Herbert will not return calls

If you have time to waste contact Pete and his Manager Herbert. Pete was accommodating at first then wouldn't return messages. I have been a loyal lexus customer for 20 years and decided to try Mercedes. After agreeing to sell me a g wagon for msrp Pete told me to go on Mercedes website and build our car, There are so many options after about an hour of researching we finally built our wagon. I sent him my build sheet via text cause he wouldn't pick up his calls. After promising he could do it , he said his sales manager would not sell to out of state buyer. I left a message with Herbert to call me still no call.

Dealer put 120 miles on my car

It is unfortunate to have such a bad experience with this provider. Up until my most recent - services have been pleasant and effective. My check engine light came on and I took my car in for service. Ended up being a coil sensor diagnosed with a computer. Still unsure why they drove the car 120 miles. The mileage in and out on the paperwork was also the same, indicating they didn't drive the car. The service advisor told me they put gas in the car (which they didn't), I found that odd so I asked him why would you put gas in the car and he said they had to drive it to diagnose the problem. Clearly they didn't have to drive it that far if at all. I've sent an email inquiry to service advisor but he won't answer it , he opted to call me instead but I didn't discuss it with him. I will escalate to service manager.

We recently leased a MB 2017 B250e electric drive vehicle. Max Lofaro was our sales consultant.
