I can’t say enough good things about the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Palm Springs. The service here is always exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate me and never make me feel like a bother. The whole team is helpful, sweet, and genuinely caring, and I absolutely adore them. Special shout-out to Duncan and (I believe) Luis for helping me with a rental when I needed it. Even though I’ve had a few issues with my vehicle, they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I leave happy. I was concerned about the engine noise that I heard on my MB after a major service that was completed last month. It was checked out and determined that the engine noise after turning off the vehicle in this extreme heat that we are experiencing in Palm Springs was normal. I accept the mechanic’s explanation and appreciate the service department reviewing my car’s performance.
