From the beginning we had our eyes set on a Pre Owned Mercedes Benz E350 and had come in without calling ahead to try our luck. We were appointed with Their Internet Manager Max Tohidian. Max Made us wait for almost 45 minutes to just inform us that he had know idea the whereabout or condition if the car was ready for showing. This caught us by surprise coming from such a prestigious Dealership as this and the listing had been advertise for this Vehicle for quite some time on line. Although surprised by Max's answer we accepted and left the dealership hoping to hear from him later in the day with an update. over 24 hours past and nothing.. Not a text or a call back from Max. no updates at all! We had to initiate and call back to see if the car was ready or even available on the Market. When we were informed the car was ready for viewing we requested a different Sales Representative and was appointed Ali Moraveji. Ali Moraveji was Day and Night in comparison to Max Tohidian. Ali went out of his way to address all our concerns and needs and took on all objections we had and found ways to meet our needs. We eventually signed and secured the Deal for our Mercedes Benz E350 with Ali Moraveji and could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Ali to anyone in search of a vehicle at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach.
