CAUTION: Very dishonest service. Have worked with dealers all over the area to buy high end cars and have never experienced anything like this. We had been talking to a sales representative for nearly 3 weeks to buy a car. They kept telling us the car needed to go through service and inspection, but as soon as it was ready, they would let me know and sell it to me. I called almost every day and the sales representative said do not worry, the manager is holding the car for you. Today, they just notified me that they sold the car an hour ago to someone else. I missed buying another car because I was waiting for them to sell me the car. I did not even negotiate the price and wanted to pay the full asking price. I have never experienced this level of dishonesty and especially not from a high end dealership. Please be cautious when buying or doing business with this dealership.

Took my GLC 300 in to dealership without an appt to get tires checked and windshield wiper fluid. Alex took my car, fixed everything I needed, updated the notifications, and didn’t charge me anything. I only was there 15 minutes. Great service - no hassle and no wait.

Hector was prompt about answering any questions I had, as well as taking photos for me.
