Worse Mercedes Benz dealership ever, some people here are so delusional by giving these MB individuals 5 stars. I took my 2019 E Class for an engine light on issue, 55k miles, NO Mercedes Benz should have and=n engine light on specially if you have follow the maintenance to the letter. The kept her for one day, the following day, they try to charge me $18k and they didn't even know what was wrong with it. Of course I did not go for it, I am not stupid, I pick the vehicle up and trade it 10 minutes later for a brand new Lexus. Can you believe that couple of days later these inept MB people called me and told me that they would charge me between $3k-$5k, when I have thought I have seen it all. I have to tell you that my Son owns a 2013 Kia Soul, NEVER EVER an engine light on and the mile is at 160,000k, What the freak is going on with Mercedes Benz and their dealerships? I drove MB for more that 30 years different models and this was the 3rd time I had issues. No more MB for me.
